A single device, multiple functions: during the festival, ChitChat Audio transformed public space into a spot for spontaneous dialogue.
The collected messages were analyzed to understand audience sentiment, converted into engaging reels for social media, and used as authentic content for the official event webradio/podcast. A complete cycle that extended participation from physical to digital.
